Refund policy

Due to the nature of our work as a nonprofit initiative supporting skills development and community upliftment, we are only able to offer refunds on defective or damaged products.

If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund purchases made in support of donations or fundraising activities.
